	30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day "No Excuses Required" money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any undamaged item within 30 days for a refund (less shipping costs). There is no restocking fee for the first item returned. For additional items returned, there is a $5.00 restocking fee per item.

	Returns: Returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To generate an RMA, please email us at RMArequest@HighPressureShowerheads.com and please include “RMA” in the subject line. Please note that shower heads returned damaged or returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be refunded. Our shower heads are extremely durable but the finishes can be damaged by the teeth on pliers during installation. Be sure to install using wrenches with smooth jaws or protect the finish with a cloth if using pliers.
	Please send the package to the address below and include all packaging materials. To expedite processing, please make sure your name is on the outside of the box and please include the original packing slip. Please write your 8-character RMA code on the packing slip. If the original packing slip is not available, please provide the RMA and the email address that placed the original order. We recommend shipping your return in the box it came in. If it is not available, please use another suitable box. Please do not use envelopes or padded envelopes as the shower head may be damaged in transit. Refunds are processed in batches every two to three weeks so there may be a slight delay between your return being received and your refund being issued.
